Crystal Developing and Processing
WISOPTIC grows sorts of crystals in-house by exclusively self-retained technology. These crystals include KDP/DKDP, KTP, RTP, BBO, Nd:YAG, etc.
WISOPTIC does complete procedure of crystal processing in-house, start from the blanks of raw materials and then do crystal orientation, cutting, shaping, grinding, polishing, and coating (Sol-gel or dielectric).
Our technicians have rich experience of precise hand processing of some special crystals polishing which frustrates workers in many peer companies. WISOPTIC specializes in processing DKDP, KDP, BBO, LBO, KTP, RTP, LiNbO3, and Nd:YAG crystals.
Flat Optics Manufacturing
WISOPTIC do processing and final polishing of flat optics made of N-BK7, other glasses, UVFS, Infrasil, Suprasil, CaF2. After restrict inspection, qualified pieces go to our coating line as substrates for mirrors, polarizing optics, laser windows,filters, etc.
Pockels Cells Manufacturing
WISOPTIC produce DKDP, BBO, KTP (RTP), and LN crystals based Pockels cells and drivers for the operation control of some Pockels cells.
DKDP Pockels cells in various packages with single and dual DKDP crystals are available. The aperture of DKDP crystals is from 5x5 mm to dia 20 mm as a standard. There are two options of coatings: sol-gel or dielectric.
BBO Pockels cells with single or dual crystals are available. Apertures of BBO crystals are from 3x3 to 8x8 mm as a standard. WISOPTIC provide custom design and prototype making of BBO Pockels cells with interesting and complex structures.
KTP or RTP Pockels cells are available with apertures from 3x3 to 10x10 mm. WISOPITC provide KTP and RTP Pockels cells with high resistivity and thermally compensated design to operate on large temperature range (-50℃~+70℃)
Dye Laser Handpiece Manufacturing
WISOPTIC develop dye laser cells in-house and produce dye laser handpiece of 585nm and 650nm. Dye laser 585nm is used mainly to treat facial telangiectasia, and 650nm for removal of green tattoo, etc. Dye laser handpiece manufactured in WISOPTIC has very high conversion efficiency (65%~75% for 532/585nm, 45%~55% for 532/650nm).
